Every other day I have vitamin K in my food... cannot seem to make this a daily routine. I wonder would it be in order to take a vitamin K supplement on the day that I do not eat vitamin K?
Vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamin known as the clotting vitamin because without it blood would not clot, foods is the best way to get this, like fish, meal and vegetable oil, most everyone gets it this way, call your Doctor on this make sure you need it, he/she can take a blood test to tell, hope this helps you, take care.
