- vitamin b12, pernicious anemia, pain, vitamin b12 deficiency, back pain, neuralgia, nerves, nerve
(hand arm leg neck) nerve damage. Upper middle and lower back pain (muscular) Can not run without my whole body going into lockdown. I have to stop to grab onto something so I dont fall. Its like all my muscles get this electric shock and they tighten up. Just want to know if there is a light at the end of the LONG LONG tunnle ???
Sounds like you're in the same tunnel we are and its pretty dark. You learn you just can't do what you used to. I walk more then 10 feet and my back and legs do the same thing.
No,you just learn to adapt.Sorry to be blunt, but that is the truth. You learn to do the best you can each day.
Are you saying that Vitamin B12 injections have caused this muscular pain and nerve damage? Or are you saying that a lack of B12 caused this? I am confused as to what the poster is saying?
