like vitamin C is in oranges which foods contain Vitamin B 12
Vitamin B12 tends to be found in Animal derivatives , such a Red Meats and Offal , Nuts and also Marmite or Yeast extract .
If you are Vegetarian It is a good idea to substitute this vitamin unless you have a very healthy vegetarian diet including nuts lentil and beans and soya.
