... My Dr. wants me to take 1000 mcg a day plus b6 --500 mg a day (I am not taking this one) it seem dangerous for this amount my level was 7.0 I am so confused with all of these recommendations. Did anyone else take B12 at 1000 mcg at this level or B6 at 500 mg and then she added on a Bcomplex. Not to mention I am on antidepressants and a benzo. So confused. I think I am okay and can hopefully get thru food.. Any help would be appreciated!!!
B vitamins are good if you have depression. Especially B12-B6-and B3 if you have depression its a good indicator your deficient in these vitamins. A good form to get is either liquid that you put under your tonge or tablets that you put under your tonge. B vitamins are hard to matablize in the digestive tract. That's why its best to use the sublingul form.
