Will vitamin B-15 and B-17 kill prostate cancer?

Hi Chester, neither of these compounds are recognised as vitamins as such and there is absolutely no scientific evidence to support the 'cure cancer' claims. Both compounds are largely promoted by the 'natural/alternative therapy' crowd (and the people selling them of course) despite there being no proof of their efficacy. The first is usually a mix of compounds that have not been demonstrated to do anything positive while the second is actually toxic in large doses (its active component is converted in the body to make Hydrogen Cyanide).

I would urge you to discuss this with your Oncologist to ensure that firstly they are safe for you to take and secondly that you will not be actively shortening your life if you take them.

Good luck.
