What was your experience with side effects
Generally, Vismodegib is a prescription medication licensed for the treatment of basal cell carcinoma, the most common type of skin cancer. It is specifically approved for use when: The cancer has come back after surgery; surgery or radiation is not an option; the cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastasized).
Vismodegib is the first drug approved for metastatic basal cell carcinoma, however a doc/pharmacist would give you more info, please do seek advice.
take care, best wishes!
