Visine - What can I use for a 1 month old child for small derby on one of the eye?

I'm not familiar with the term derby? What does that mean?
If you mean crusty stuff, you should maybe have it checked by the pediatrician. A wee amount is normal, but if in one eye, & the eye looks pinkish , the child could have an infection or pink eye which is very contagious... Mary
For dust or any other foreign object it's best to use just pure saline( natural tears) I only say this because some visines have other chemicals in the like " redness relief " or " cooling eydrops" just to be on the safe side.
