I get up 2-3 times a night and then when I finally do get to sleep I don't want to get up. I have been sleeping till 2-3 in the afternoon.
In the morning with breakfast is supposed to be most effective as I understand it... as previously stated, it is to be taken with a meal, otherwise it's efficacy is junk. Perhaps you can set an alarm for the same time each morning and have your breakfast pre-made/necessary items set out (cereal bowl, spoon, etc.) the night before. Take your pill with your breakfast at the ready, then go back to sleep if you need to. Just a suggestion!
