crenee19: So sorry it took so long for you to get a answer from our site here, They had some problems and now several old questions are popping up.Please don't think this is normal we have a huge amout of people that help as much as we can. As far as your question Viibryd has been found to be very effective for depression and help anxiety and panic and sometimes they still use a small dose of benzos.along with it if needed. It does help alot of the side effects if you take it with food. But this new medicaton has shown to really help people with severe anxiety or depression. The doctor starts you out on a low dose and continues to increase until you notice a difference..And please remember that is alsow the way they should take you off is slowly decreasing the dose.So do not stop this medication cold turkey. Hope this helps you out some and that it works well for you Have a great day..Chuck1957

I have had two panic attacks since beginning Viibryd about a month ago. Has anyone else experienced?
