At 10mg it was starting to help me, but I didn't get good results until 20mg; now I'm at 40mg & have had no problems with depression. If 10mg is working for you, talk to your doctor about keeping it there; I don't know if it's too low a dose to STAY effective though.
The side effects get more pronounced as you move up in dosage, and it takes a while for them to wear off, so if the side effects are something you're concerned about, again, talk to your doctor about staying at 10mg. Good luck!
