When is the appropriate time to no longer take Victoza to control your sugars?
Once you are diabetic, you are always diabetic. Some people can get their sugars under control by losing weight and eating properly but they are still diabetic, they are just controlled diabetics. Diabetes is a lifetime diagnosis. It may be possible for you to bring your sugars under control with diet and exercise and at some point get off medications but most people continue to have to use medications. Even if you do manage to get your sugars under control, it will always be something that will need monitoring.
