I have anxiety, but lately I am very forgetful, have a fuzzy feeling in my head I forget where I am going or how to get there, parking the car is not as easy.
Hey! I've experienced this too, pretty scary huh? I know all the fears and horrors it sparks in your head. I remember one thing that would help was saying out loud where i waa going, and reminding myself that i actually KNOW the way.
On another note, it is a sign of your anxiety augmenting, are you on treatment? On medication? Seeing a doctor is always the n1 option to me
