... still feeling dizzy? Had this problem two years ago but it went away on its own after the second day without medication. Dr. Prescribed meclizine but never used it until now.
My father and I both had bouts of something like vertigo at different times from something (I call them'crystals') shifting around in the ear canal ... I cannot recall the medical d/x name right now, but I haven't had a bout for several years. The other times I was also rx'ed Meclizine. Did the doctor do a tilt table test on you? Only takes a minute, but it might help with as to why you got the dizziness again. What helped me most during the few day episodes I had was my doctor's instructions for specific exercises that helped re-shift the 'crystals' or whatever in my ear back where they should be. Sounds odd, I know, but I was diagnosed with a simple painless tilt table test in office the second time I had a bout with it. Please call your doctor if you think you might need to seen further, my episodes lasted about 3-5 days. Best!
