If your talking about sitting and lying your top half of your body for 30 seconds then sitting for 30 seconds then lying down on opposite side for 30 seconds. Do it all. You get dizzy because your eyes are moving very quickly and then settle. That helps your calcium deposits in your inner move more freely. If you feel nauseous when doing it be careful not to overdo it or you will get sick. Talking from experience I have benign positional vertigo. This exercise helped me alot. Good luck.
