I am trying to find out what the Venlafaxine ER 150mg looks like from the manufacturer, Aurobindo. The prescription I received is brick red, imprinted with E 89 and is a capsule. Cannot find a picture of it after several internet searches.
This is the description as supplied to the FDA. Aurobindo do no have images of their pills on their website so it is unlikely that you will be able to find one. It is also a relatively recently released drug.
Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Extended-Release Capsules, 150 mg are white to off white spherical to oval pellets filled in empty hard gelatin capsule shell of opaque dark orange color cap and opaque dark orange color body imprinted with “E” on cap and “89” on the body with edible black ink.
Hope that helps
