I'm on Medicare. Creon causes me to go into donut hole at which time I can't afford. Applied for free meds last year and got them - this year I was denied. Looking for a good substitute.
It may be, its up to your doc. I don't know what it costs tho. Its a terrible thing when drugs are so expensive unless you have a really good insurance you can't afford it, and then they won't give you help. The drug companies are rich enough, they could lower the prices or help people. The person who thought up the donut hole should be shot, lolol.
Hi, hey I also take creon and am on state aid... don't know if you live in San Fernando valley but mid-valley health clinic on van Nuys blvd, just south of saticoy has creon in their pharmacy or you can go to county olive view hospital and go thru ER n u will get ur meds there too! If u live in another area, call n find ur local county hospital n start there. Ask nurse once they c u for a list of clinics in ur area. Hope this helps u get your meds!
