Glycerin + milk is used to quickly reduce sudden increase in eye pressure in animals ( dogs ) due to glaucoma all I could find is vegetable glycerin!
It can be used in humans for that too. You should be able to get the pharmacy grade glycerin in pharmacies. That is a synthetic glycerin. That's the only difference for it and vegetable glycerin.
