Herniated disc flaring up. Both are prescriptions from my doctor, but not clear on interaction.
Hi, i'm sorry but i can't successfully answer your question as i have found it impossible to check for interactions between Tilidine and Tramadol, or get any concise information about Tilidine, for example the half life, etc... I have found that combining Tramadol with Naloxone (a component of Valtran) can increase the risk of suffering seizures. The half life of Naloxone is 30-81 minutes, so within a few hours you would be safe to take Tramadol. However, Tramadol has a very long half life of 5-7 hours, so you would be unable to take another Valtran tablet for 10-14 hours. In my opinion, i would suggest asking your doctor for an alternative analgesic to Tramadol...
