Valsartan - Why does the side affects on the pamphlet say that this medicine do not work well for?

This is not racism at work but just slightly different genetic makeups. For example only Black people of African origin get Sickle cell anaemia. Likewise white people are susceptible to diseases that black people don't really get. I'd be thankful for the warning.
This is simply based on statistical analysis of data in previous studies. The medicine may or may not work in your particular case. Let the doctor know if it's not lowering your blood pressure (or if you are having serious side effects).
