Can valdoxan be taken with tryptophan?

We don't have it here so we can't do interactions, but looking at the way it works I would say the two together could be a problem. Talk to your dr.

I take Valdoxan and Tryptophan and find it really effective with no side effects.
Tryptophan increases Serotonin levels and can be problematic with SSRI,SNRI and tricyclic antidepressants as they can all increase Serotonin levels with a danger of Serotonin syndrome. Valdoxan does not impact Serotonin levels so less danger of that toxic interaction.
