Nope. 'Utira is a urinary antiseptic, urinary acidifier, analgesic, and anticholinergic combination. It works by helping to kill bacteria in the urine, decreasing pain and inflammation, and reducing muscle spasms in the urinary tract. '

this medication is not a narcotic. but it is a pain reliever for urinry track infections. its recomended not to take while driving or using other mechines untill you see how you will react to this med. it has little to no side effects. unless you can't take ibprophen.
