This med treats the following and will treat autism.-

Adderal (amphetamine and dextroamphetamine) is a central nervous system stimulant. It affects chemicals in the brain and nerves that contribute to hyperactivity and impulse control.
Amphetamine and dextroamphetamine is used to treat narcolepsy and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

This is in that website these are not my words---

"You've read that there is no known medical cure for autism -- yet your doctor is prescribing medication. What's that about? The answer is simple. Your doctor is not treating autism: He is treating specific symptoms of autism. Often, when symptoms are treated, people with autism are better able to learn, communicate and generally connect with others."

Good luck and take care.-
