I no longer drink soda coffee no alcohol fried food and still getting this what's going on
First of all, I didn't know soda, coffee, or alcohol caused UTIs!? There are so many other reasons for it! Your name sounds male so you don't have as many causes as we females may have. Do you have a urologist? That doc should give you some things to look out for. Do you drink lots of water? Do you wait to pee even though you need to? For a guy, those are the only things I can think of that could help you prevent them. Take vitamin C or cranberry supplements which could make your urine more acidy ... that may help too.
