There are many causes of incontinence.
Caffeine is a diuretic and a bladder stimulant that can cause a sudden need to urinate.
Heart medications, blood pressure drugs and other medications may contribute to bladder control problems. Technically I am unsure how individually they produce their effects on the bladder.
