About a weeks ago I has sex and the condom broke. I took the morning after pill and I got my period two days after . When my period was done I has sex again and once again the condominium broke. I have taken the morning after pill 3 times already now. I went to the pharmacy and they said I should not take it again if I took if last week, what else can I do to ensure I do not get pregnant. I am going out of my mind. Please help.
Plan b is NOT birth control. You cannot use it as birth control. The more you take it, the less effective it becomes. It is for an occasional use. It sounds like you are not using condoms correctly or you are using old ones. Heat can break down condoms so you dont want to use one that has been in your partners wallet the last few months. Using oil based lubricants during sex can break down condoms and cause them to tear. If the male pulls the condom on too far and doesnt leave a little space for the ejaculation at the end, the condom can break. It sounds to me like you need to see a gynecologist or a clinic and get yourself on the Pill to be safe. Please be sure that you read the directions. If you had read the directions on Plan b, you would know that you are not supposed to use it so often. The only thing you can do to be 100% sure that you wont get pregnant is to NOT have sex. Birth control pills, when taken correctly are about 98-99.9% effective. Plan b is only about 80% effective on the first use.
