read that Soma should be used for temporary treatment, however my dr has had me on it for over 6 years. I can tell that they just don't work like they used to and at times when my pain is so bad, I take an extra one and then risk running out. A friend gave me a few of these zanaflex 2 mg tablets to try, but I'm a bit fearful to take it.. 1: the side effects, and basically because it hasn't been prescribed to me .. I'm sure it could be, if I asked.. but still. Also, I am on Percocet 10mg x6 a day. I've had multiple surgeries with no relief from an injury sustained in a car accident 20 + years ago. Any suggestions; experiences would be helpful. Thanks-
