... condom broke, when he was partially still inside. Will I need to take another pill?
The morning after pills aren't for use as regular birth control. They are intended for use after your second incident. Taking 2 so close together is going to really mess up your cycles for a few months, but the one you took on Sunday will have no effect on wednesday. Why don't you get on the pill so you don't have to worry about this, and so your body doesn't have to go through the shock of a huge dose of hormones?
Yes, you return to fertility quickly after taking emergency contraceptives. Taking two doses close together like this is really going to throw off your cycles, likely for several months but you dont have much choice at this point. Condoms will weaken when they are exposed to heat so if your man is carrying one around in his wallet for weeks before using it, it is likely to break. You also cannot use any oil based lubricants with condoms. Anything oil based like petroleum jelly, mineral or baby oil etc will dissolve latex so the condom will break. When applying a condom, if it is pulled down to far onto the penis it can break. You want to leave a "pouch" (about a half inch to an inch) at the end so when he ejaculates the condom doesnt break. Sometimes they just break though. It helps to use spermicides with condoms to kill sperm in the event of a broken condom. You can buy spermicidal foams and jellies to use with condoms and this greatly reduces your chances of getting pregnant in the event of a broken condom. The best thing to do if you are going to be sexually active is to get on a more reliable hormonal birth control like thePill, Depo-Provera, Nuva Ring or an IUD like Mirena. The Pill is probably the simplest to use-you just have to remember to take a pill each day. If you have trouble remembering to take pills then one of the other methods might work better for you.
