... unprotected sex, but I didn't take pill. Is there chances of getting pregnant, or am I safe?
Yes, they don't work for sex after you take it. If you are sexually active, why aren't you on regular birth control? Its much more effective then what you're doing now.
Of course there is still a chance! I assume by "unwanted 72" you mean emergency contraceptives. These are not nearly as effective as regular birth control in spite of what many people think. All these emergency contraceptives do is to delay ovulation slightly, hopefully long enough so that sperm are no longer active. This is why they dont cover sex done after taking them. They dont "cover you for a few days" for unprotected sex! If pregnancy has already occurred by the time you take the pill, it doesnt terminate the pregnancy and you return to fertility pretty quickly. Using emergency contraceptives as a form of birth control is extremely risky. Efficacy rates are around 80-95% where efficacy for regular birth control pills taken daily is 99.9%! If you want to be sexually active without getting pregnant, see your Dr or local clinic for regular birth control pills or other form of hormonal birth control to prevent pregnancy. Preventing pregnancy in the first place is much better than trying to stop it after sex.
