mechanical axial dysfunction lumpar spine disc disease l3/l4 and l4/l5, chronic s1 radiolapathy, l4/l5 s1 radicular involvment, right l4 myotomal deficit, l4/l5 disc bulge foraminal extension impingement of right l4. I have huge lower back spasm that last longer then a half hour i must lay on my side with a pillow. my right leg goes numb and foot starts to turn blue and cold and tingling. i cant sit or stand for long or even walk for long. this took me a hour to type going back and forth. this is is hurting so bad. any ideas whats going on?
You've got a disk out of place in your lower back. There is some pinching in the spine in that area. Basically the disc slipped and the vertabrae are pinching on the opening. The nerves run through there. There are things that help, I find using a cane makes a difference, I think I put some pressure on it instead of my leg. With it and gritting my teeth I can walk a block. lol... If you sleep on your back, put a pillow under your knees. It changes the positioning of the spine. A back brace might help you. And get a referral to a pain dr asap. You should have some medications for it.
