out of date by 4 years can you tell me can take them thank yiou
NO, you cannot take anything that expired 4 years ago.
If you need something to sleep, and you don't have a doctor to prescribe you something like Sonata, buy an OTC sleeping aid at Target or a drugstore called - diphenhydramine - 50 mg. or less. It is marketed as a sleeping aid, in Excedrin PM, as well as an allergy and cold medicine.
When taking diphenhydramine, use caution driving, operating machinery, or performing other hazardous activities. Diphenhydramine may cause dizziness or drowsiness. If you experience dizziness or drowsiness, avoid these activities.
Use alcohol cautiously. Alcohol may increase drowsiness and dizziness while taking diphenhydramine.
All the best, and Sweet Dreams,
