I have tried laxatives and bloating medication but nothing has worked. I have tried special diets. I want to be able to feel like myself again. Is there anything I can do to rid myself of the discomfort / physical showings of bloating, or is there a way to become more regular that I havent yet tried? Thank you for your help
I find that if I want to stay regular, I have to eat at least 14 grams of fiber everyday. It used to be rather hard until I found out about "Fiber One" breakfast cereal which packs 14 grams fiber in a half cup serving. To top it off it tastes pretty good also, I normally have 2 servings every morning and every so often I will have some for a snack. I also add a serving of rasins to give it a little boost.
