I have a lot of problems at 47. A few are Osteoporosis, two bad knees that give out when I walk down stairs. Arthritis in my left hip just to list a few. Im not overweight 125lbs and 5feet 2 inches. I do not drink nor do I smoke. Can you help please? Thank you
Evening, I am a physician that is board certified in Anesthesiology as well as Pain Management. If you wouldn't mind telling me how "bad' your knee's are and is that a result of an injury or something else? I would imagine that your hip causes you the most discomfort? I would say throw away your Ultram! Too many serious side affects!!! Let me know what dose of hydrocodone your on and we'll go from there. Honestly, if a patient is above 40-45 years old, I always give him/her the benefit if the doubt that what their telling me is 100% accurate! It sounds like you need hydrocodone 10mg/325mg as well as some breakthrough pain medicine such as Oxycodone 10,15, or 30mg (Immediate-Release) or Morphine Sulfate 15mg or 30mg (IR). Tell me about your knees "giving" out when you go down the stairs. Any prior surgeries?
