Are you an adult? If so the recommended dose of Tylenol Sinus is 2 gelcaps every 4 hours. See instructions on packet.
One gelcap isn't enough. You are best to take the recommended dose of Tylenol Sinus and stick to that rather than under dosing and then taking a different medicine.
Both medicines contain the decongestant phenylephrine.
Having said that, yes you could take the other medicine... but it's best to stick to one or the other at the recommended doses.
