Surgery was three weeks ago, and I'm beginning to experience some sleeplessness, not due to pain.
Tylenol Pm is just tylenol and benadryl, there are no interactions between it and aspirin.
If you are not having pain and just want to sleep then just take benedryl. As kaismama says, Tylenol PM is just acetaminophen and diphenhydramine which is the active ingredient in Benedryl. That way you are not getting the Tylenol that you dont need for pain.
You just might want to take an over the counter sleeping pill. Let your doctor know. The PM meds for sleep have lots of extra drugs in them. They seem to be about the only thing that can give me a headache.
Good luck, and talk to your doctor about your change of sleep patterns.
