Tylenol Cold & Flu Severe
Generic Name: acetaminophen, dextromethorphan, guaifenesin, and phenylephrine
You need to check with your Dr. Many drugs are excreted in breast milk and there are no adequate studies done to know whether or not it is safe. It is generally best not to take anything when you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless the benefit outweighs the risk. Ask your Dr. Be sure he knows you are breastfeeding and ask him what is acceptable to take.
