type on a computer aabout 8 hours a day at work but this came on awful fast and it seemed like about the time I was cleaning house with a vengeance - could it be from the "eraser?' my favorite cleaner but I am tired of being numb!! Thanks
It is possible that you are having some carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms that happened to show up when you were cleaning. That can cause numbness or pain in the hand, fingers, or wrists. Vitamin B6 can help with the symptoms, just make sure you don't have any conditions or medications that might interact with B6, you can check with a pharmacist to see what meds might react.
