My husband has severe arthritis in his knee that needs surgery. But now with the Turmeric pills from Costco, it has given him tremendous relief. He takes 3 pills with 450 mg each of Turmeric. They also have 300 mg of Olive (leaf) extract (20% oleuropein) and15 mg of black pepper in the pills. Costco usually has the lowest prices with vitamins and tests out without toxins according to ConsumerLabs.com. But he also needs to bicycle to help with his arthritis. These two strategies have gained him time before he will need surgery which his doctor thought was best to put it off as long as possible since it doesn't last and there will be more improvements with surgery as time passes.
