Doctor gave me samples that worked once or twice and it would not go back to red. Got prescription filled after 1 time it did not work. Got another one did not work after 3 times. Dosage seems different everytime also. I was told Im using it correctly.
I've had two Tudorza inhalers so far, and both had this problem after 10–20 doses. I can't get them to click back to red, which means the next dose won't load. I watched the video, read the instructions, and did everything I normally do, but they both suddenly stopped working.
I have problems all the time and the Pharmacist acts like I'm old and stupid and tells me I'm not doing it right. I've had at least 5 replaced and now have 2 more that don't work. I also have to wait 2 or 3 waiting for the Pharmacist to call to say they are in. I love the med but for what they costs why can't they get a better inhaler?
