... me to quit. I have 5 2mg pills left. Can I successfully quit without major withdrawls tapering with that little left. If so, how?
I agree with the other comment. I moved to a new city 6 months into My Suboxone treatment and did not find a new doc as a back up. I thought I was okay on 2mg and could finish the last few and be done. Well, 8 days after taking my last 2mg It was so bad I was looking for relief. When I got back on Suboxone I made the error of taking more and have been stuck on 6-8mg. one year later. I would try to find a doc just in case. 2mg is not really the recommended level to go cold with. Some have been successful, but be wary. I wish you all the best and God Bless!
Found a new doc, but he's not seeing new patients for over a month. I'm down to a half yesterday and trying to skip today. THX for the responses. I never knew I'd end up with such struggles. Now I know the answer to the question I asked a few friends of mine "how hard can it be?". Live and learn.
I've been on 2mgs for over a year. I'm wondering about the half life and how long it will be before I start really feeling the cramps and sweating... I have a mountain bike race this weekend, and am not looking forward to cramping up in miles 5 or something!
Again, thanks for the encouragement. This gives me a little accountability.
