... unprotected sex and the next day I took my first white pill. I missed the next two days and on the 4th white pill I took three and I had unprotected sex again. Could I possibly be pregnant ???
Yes, anytime you miss pills, especially more than one, it increases your chance for pregnancy. When you miss two pills, you should take two for two days and then use back up protection, like condoms, for seven days. If you miss three or more, you should toss out the pack and start a new one and again, use back up protection, like condoms, until you have had seven consecutive days of active pills. It is not good to take more than two pills a day. At this point though, just keep taking your pills and use back up here on out until you have taken seven days of active pills. If your period is more than a week late you can test. Since you missed so many pills, it is likely that you may spot or bleed for a few days but you may not since you just had your withdrawal bleeding. There is a slim chance for pregnancy but it is a greater chance that you are not pregnant so just keep taking your pills and wait and see. Try not to miss anymore. Set an alarm on your cell phone to remind you.
