... pills and had sex on the 3rd day of my white pills. He did not cum in me but I am scared I am pregnant. I may just really be freaking myself out because I don't wanta be pregnant! I have 3 days before I am suppose to start my inactive pills. HELP EASE MY MIND!!!
Let me say one thing to you-where a man cums has no bearing on avoiding pregnancy. If a naked penis penetrates the vagina, there is risk of pregnancy whether he ejaculates (cums) or not. Men leak small amounts of sperm all through the sex act, not just when they ejaculate. Granted the majority are released during ejaculation but hundreds can be released before ejaculation and it only takes one so never count on pulling out to protect you from pregnancy. That being said, when you are on birth control pills, you do NOT ovulate! The Pill works by stopping ovulation. If no egg is released, there can be no baby no matter how much sperm is present. There is nothing to fertilize. If you are taking your pills perfectly you have a less than 1% chance of pregnancy, even if you are not always perfect they are 96-98% effective. This is as reliable as it gets! If you had seven consecutive days of pills before having unprotected sex then you are fully protected even if he ejaculates within you (and if you let him penetrate, you might as well let him ejaculate as pulling out isnt offering any "extra" protection anyway) even when you are on your inactive pills
