I would call the doctor, explain and get one more. Three quarters of a prescription probably won't do the job properly and leave you with resistant bugs.
PS. your partner can/will also have it (almost totally asymptomatic) and should be treated at the same time as you. If you have had unprotected sex with anyone since you first showed symptoms (and 28 days before that), should definitely be treated also. If our positions were reversed, I'd be taking a keen interest in the proper use of condoms. I'm not pointing the finger at anyone here as you were originally infected, most likely, by a man.
