I will be flying and it was recommended that I take this drug to help me sleep on the flight. Has anybody else taken this while on an airplane? I do want to be completely asleep while I am in flight.
No, do not use triazolam for flight. Alprazolam (Xanax) is better for this. Triazolam will keep you unconscious and who knows who may be sitting next to you. Alprazolam is lighter and will curb your anxiety within 30-60 minutes. You may not even sleep, but the anxiety will be gone. And there is not the amnesia with alprazolam. So if some pervert on a plane does something to you, you will arouse and be aware of it, able to call out for help. Or slug him.
