My Mom has Alzheimers for eight years, now she is in stage of getting afraid from walking or her brain doesn't tell her to walk, even dought she is very strong, if she hold something in her hand hard to take it back
Trental has no action that would effect alzheimer's. The thing I worry about when alzheimer's patients are on these kind of medicines is if they fall, or otherwise harm themselves, they will bleed more. Alzheimer's patients seem to have a strength they never had before. If you can, get her to walk, but I know they are exceedingly stubborn.
