Hi! I am a 20 year old female who has been dealing with seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp for about 4 years now. I've tried many creams, ointments, and shampoos (even head and shoulders various times) but nothing seems to help the itching or the flaking. It has gotten worse with time. The flaking is horrible and I feel like I leave a trail of dandruff wherever I go, it is quite embarrassing. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help this? It would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! - KJ
I'm in the same loop as you are with this disorder. I recently found a product online that is all natural that is really helping clear my scalp up! It's called Derm-essentials for seborrheic dermatitis.
I mix a few drops with a shampoo instead of the suggested use, and it works really well. I'm a few weeks into using it and I can definitely tell a difference.
I hope this helps
