kindly suggest some cream to fade permanently, thank you
Creams containing a combination of tretinoin, hydroquione, kojic acid, and azelaic acid have been shown to improve the appearance of melasma.
generic name: fluocinolone/hydroquinone/tretinoin
Any creme with Salicylic Acid will work too but it is gentler on the skin but may take longer to work than what the previous poster suggested. Salicylic Acid cremes are available OTC but I believe the previous posters creme is by prescription only at least in the US. One you use the cremes, you will need to use sunblock or shade the skin to prevent it from coming back. I used Clinique's Turnaround Creme with Salicylic Acid after pregnancy caused darkened areas on my face. My melasma was a mild case. There is also light treatments too. See a dermatologist for best recommendations.
