Is it the normal small amount after eating or alot of vomiting like there were ill. If they are ill, babies get dehydrated rapidly, the best way to tell is if the soft spot is below the level of the skull. If the baby can take an ounce of pedialyte every half hour and keep it down, that's good. If not, then a dr needs to see the baby.
