No if it did anything it would raise it
It did for me. I was in the hospital when it happened and monitored very closely. I have been told to always list Trazodone as an allergy- even though it was not an allergic reaction- to prevent anything similar to ever be given to me again. I had an active eating disorder, so my K level was “okay”, but had been problematic recent to that date, and I had bradycardia and was orthostatic in recent history as well- but my blood pressure tanked on Trazodone and I was prescribed it with my doctors being fully aware of my medical history and assuming it was okay.
