Unless you have pain due to inflammation, don’t take aleve pm. If you need something to sleep then just get a store brand of Diphenhydramine 50mg which is the active ingredient in aleve pm that helps with insomnia. With Diphenhydramine ( the active ingredient in Benadryl and Unisome) you can start at a 50 mg dose and you can go up to 100 or even 150 gradually when you get used to it.However you will start to gain tolerance in a month or two because this is really meant to be a short term solution.
