In 2011, my sister was given trazadone for insomnia. She shot herself in the head thinking she was going back to January and was going to wake up. Reading the medication insert with her drugs, we learned that the trazadone had every chance of causing suicidal thoughts and actions in someone with her condition. She had no symptoms of depression nor had she faltered in any of her responsibilities.
Is this what you are looking for WARNING: SUICIDALITY AND ANTIDEPRESSANT DRUGS
Antidepressants increased the risk compared to placebo of suicidal thinking and behavior (suicidality) in children, adolescents, and young adults in short-term studies of major depressive disorder (MDD) and other psychiatric disorders. Anyone considering the use of Trazodone hydrochloride tablets or any other antidepressant in a child, adolescent, or young adult must balance this risk with the clinical need. Short-term studies did not show an increase in the risk of suicidality with antidepressants compared to placebo in adults beyond age 24; there was a reduction in risk with antidepressants compared to placebo in adults aged 65 and older. Depression and certain other psychiatric disorders are themselves associated with increases in the risk of suicide.
Patients of all ages who are started on antidepressant therapy should be monitored appropriately and observed closely for clinical worsening, suicidality, or unusual changes in behavior. Families and caregivers should be advised of the need for close observation and communication with the prescriber. Trazodone hydrochloride tablets are not approved for use in pediatric patients [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1) and Patient Counseling Information (17.1)].

I'm so very sorry. I can understand a bit how you feel. I had two cousins in the 1980's that were on Accutane and committed suicide before they knew that Accutane can cause suicidal ideation. Almost all antidepressants have a risk for suicide especially in teens and young adults and they have known this for some time, well before 2011 and she should have been warned to stop using it and see her Dr if she felt more depressed or suicidal. Taking a medication that can alter brain chemistry can be a serious thing! This kind of story makes me angry because they give antidepressants readily for sleep and pain conditions because they dont want to prescribe controlled substances for sleep or pain (which are actually somewhat safer to use then antidepressants in many cases except for the fact that they can be addictive in people who abuse them) because of the back pressure from the government to stop people from using controlled drugs.
It makes you wonder if they had just given her a benzodiazepine like Restoril, Dalmane or a hypnotic, would she be here now? It is a question that will never be answered. It is the same with my cousins-would they still be here if they hadnt taken the Accutane. Years ago when Prozac was the big new thing (and this was before they realized antidepressants could cause suicidal ideation) I was given Prozac but I never felt suicidal in my depression until I started taking Prozac. I remember one day driving to my appt with my psychiatrist, I had to drive the bridge over the Missouri River and I remember thinking about driving off the bridge to end it all. It was a VERY strong urge to turn the wheel and just drive off. It scared me and I told my psychiatrist I would never take that medication again!
